There is Vs There are and Some Vs any

Hey.. guys pada pembahasan grammar kali ini saya akan menerangkan pernyataan untuk kata there is and there are. lalu some, and any.
Kami biasa menggunakan there is / there are untuk mengatakan sesuatu yang ada atau tidak ada.

Example :

There is a new restaurant in my neighborhood.
There isn't one good store around here

Dan kami menggunakan there is untuk singular nouns, and there are untuk plural nouns.

Example :

There is a new movie at the theater (singular nouns)
There are three new restaurants in town. (plural nouns)

Conversations :

rahman : Is there a good restaurant around here ?
onih      : Sure. There is one on the next block.

oji    : Hi wir. Is there a park near here ?
wira : Yes. There is nice little park on the next block.

Lalu sekarang kita membahas some and any :

Kami sering menggunakan some sebelum plural nouns untuk jawaban yang positive
Example :

Yes. There are some good cafes in town

(kita juga bisa menggunakan a few untuk some)

Dan untuk any di gunakan sebelum plural nouns untuk pertanyaan dan jawaban yang negative

Example :

Are there any bookstores around here ?
No. There aren't any bookstores around here.
Yes. There are some bookstores araound here

Conversation :

Mahfud  : Hi ji. Are there any banks in near here ?
Oji          : Sure. There are some banks near here.
